This policy describes what this website actually does. It is not legal advice — have a lawyer review it before relying on it.

1. Who we are

This website (mkblawncare.com) is operated by MKB Lawn Care LLC, a landscaping and lawn care business based in Davenport, Lincoln County, Washington. For privacy questions, send us a request through our Connect With Us form or call 509-496-3439.

2. What we collect

  • Work requests: the "Connect With Us" buttons on this site take you to a request form hosted by Jobber (Jobber Software Inc.). The name, contact details and message you enter there are collected by Jobber on our behalf under Jobber's privacy policy. This website itself has no forms and stores nothing you type.
  • Calls and texts to our office assistant: our office number, (509) 646-7799, is answered by an automated assistant provided by Jobber. If you call or text it, Jobber processes what you say or type on our behalf so it can answer your question and book you onto the schedule. The same Jobber privacy policy applies. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply to texts.
  • How you use the site: Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through our pages — pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement — along with basic device and browser details. See section 5.
  • Access logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and deliver the services you request. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Third-party processors

  • Jobber — hosts our work-request form and client hub, and runs the automated assistant that answers our office line at (509) 646-7799 by phone and text.
  • Netlify — hosts this website and keeps standard access logs (Netlify privacy policy).
  • Microsoft Clarity — records site-usage sessions so we can see where the site is hard to use (Microsoft Privacy Statement).
  • Facebook — links on this site open our Facebook page; Facebook's own privacy policy applies once you leave our site.

Fonts are self-hosted, so no font requests are sent to Google.

5. Site analytics and cookies

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this website so we can make it easier to use. Clarity records your visit as a session replay and heatmap: the pages you view, where you click, how far you scroll and how the mouse moves, plus basic information about your device and browser. This site has no forms, so there is nothing typed for it to capture.

This website sets no cookies. We run Clarity with cookie storage turned off, so it does not recognize you from one page or visit to the next. When your browser contacts Microsoft's Clarity service, Microsoft may set its own cookies on its own domains (such as clarity.ms and bing.com); those are controlled by Microsoft and by your browser's third-party cookie settings, not by us.

Recordings are stored by Microsoft, kept for a limited time, and handled under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use them only to improve this website. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share this information.

Third-party sites we link to (Jobber, Facebook, Google Maps) may set their own cookies.

6. Retention

Requests sent through Jobber, including calls and texts handled by our office assistant, are kept for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out the work and keep normal business records, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Send us a request through Connect With Us or call 509-496-3439 and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. International visitors

Our business and service providers are located in the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
